NaOCl series sodium hypochlorite generator is an equipment for producing sodium hypochlorite disinfection solution by electrolysis method without membrane.
It generates sodium hypochlorite solution by electrolyzing dilute brine. The system is automatically controlled by PLC and fully automatic operation, including salt dissolution device, filtration Device, proportioning device, electrolysis electrode assembly, rectifier electrolysis power supply, automatic control system, sodium hypochlorite finished product storage tank, sodium hypochlorite solution automatic dosing device, online testing instrument and other components. The brine has precise pretreatment without chemicals during the electrolysis process, so the resulting solution is a pure sodium hypochlorite solution. Sodium hypochlorite solution has strong oxidizing properties, strong sterilization and algae killing ability, and is the most widely used disinfectant. The only raw material for a sodium hypochlorite generator is salt. The disinfectant produced is a low-concentration liquid sodium hypochlorite disinfectant, which does not have the hazard of dangerous chemicals of gas disinfectant, so its raw materials and finished products are highly safe.
