There are a large number of pathogenic microorganisms and pathogens in the growth environment of livestock and poultry. The reagents used in traditional epidemic prevention and disinfection are generally sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, formalin and peracetic acid, etc., which not only stimulate the respiratory tract of livestock and poultry, but also produce Problems such as drug residues will cause harm to the health of the farmers and the complications of the breeding equipment. The use of electrochemical electrolysis water to disinfect the livestock and poultry environment can overcome the shortcomings of traditional disinfectants, and is safe, convenient and effective. The usage scenarios are as follows:

 

1. Disinfection of vehicles at the entrance of the factory

The research group of Professor Li Baoming of China Agricultural University used 140 mg/L of slightly acidic electrolyzed water to clean the tires of the approaching vehicles for 4 minutes and disinfect for 5 minutes. 2. Disinfection of personnel passages

Under field test conditions, the average sterilization rate of slightly acidic electrolyzed water in the closed channel is 76.9±3.7%, the removal rate of bacteria by glutaraldehyde disinfectant is 50.0+4.3%, and the sterilization rate of quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant is 50.0+4.3%. 47.0±2.0. The sterilization rate of slightly acidic electrolyzed water in the closed channel is significantly better than that of conventional disinfectants.

 

3. Air disinfection in the house

4. Meat cleaning and sterilization

The result showed that the sterilization rate of acidic electrolyzed water can reach 99.96% after 20 minutes of sterilization. In addition, it is quickly reduced to ordinary water after contact with meat for sterilization, and there is no problem of chemical residues.
